In the Name of God Amen I John Simons of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Jasey Comber being of sound memory and understanding Do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in form following (that is to say)   First and principally I commend my Soul to God who gave it and my bodey I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter mentioned   and as to such temporal Estate which I shall dye possessed of Intestated in or in any wise intitled unto my just debts and funeral expences being first duly paid and satisfyed I Give and dispose theirof as followeth (that is to say)   I Give to my loving Wife Elenor Simons All my real and personal Estate whatsoever or wheresoever during her natural life and after her death to my four Children that is to say James Simons Martha Simons Hanah Wife of Thomas Kitelee and William Simons to be equally divided amongst them And I do appoint the said Elionher Simons sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills made by me at any time and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said John Simons have hereunto set my hand and seal the second day of December 1802 – John Simons his mark (LS) Signed sealed in the presence of each other who have set our hands as Witnesses hereto Thomas Billing William Pays Wilbe William Grace
