In the Name of God Amen I Christopher Wrenn the Elder of Hanslopp in the County of Bucks yeoman being well in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory praised be almighty God for the same doe make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following first an principally I recomend  my Soul into the hands of almighty God my Creator hopeing through the Meritorious Death and passion of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer to receive free pardon and remission of all my sins and as for my body I comitt the same to the Earth from when itt came to be decently buryed at the discrecon of my Executor here after named and as for that worldly Estate which itt hath pleased God to bestow upon me I Give and dispose thereof as followeth   Imprimis I will that all my Debts and ffuneral charges be paid and Discharged   Item I Give and Devise unto my son Christopher Wrenn and to his heires and assigns for ever all my lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever seituate lying and being in Hanslop aforesaid or elsewhere in the said County of Bucks Charged and chargeable nevertheless with the payment of the Severall Legacys or sums of money hereafter mentioned  to the Severall and Respective persons hereafter named (that is to say) of the sum of one Hundred and ffifty pounds to my Son Richard Wrenn to be paid within eighteene months after my Decease of the sume of thirty pounds to my son Charles Wrenn to be paid within eighteen months after my Decease of the sum of thirty pounds to my Daughter Mary Hillier wife of Thomas Hillier to be paid within Eighteen months after my Decease of the sum of thirty pounds to my Daughter Sarah Smith wife of Thomas Smith to be paid within Eighteen Months after my Decease of the sume of five pounds apiece to my Grandaughters Sarah Hillier and Mary Hillier to be paid att their respective ages of one and twenty yeares if the sume of five pounds apiece to my Grandsons Thomas Smith  Christopher Hillier and John Smith to be paid at their respective ages of one and twenty yeares and of the sume of five pounds to my said Grandson Christopher Wrenn to be paid att his age of one and twenty years But my mind and Will is that in case either or any of my Grand Children shall dye before his her or their Legacy or Legacies become payable that then such Legacy or Legacies shall not be paid att all   Item I Give and devise to my son Richard the Chest in the Hall Chamber next the Orchard   Item I Give to my said son Christopher the other Chest which stands in the Hall Chamber   Item all the rest of my house hold goods except the furnace and such Goods as are fixed to the freehold I Give and Devise to my said two sons Richard and Christopher and my Daughter Sarah to be divided equally between them Share and Share alike (except my fathers feather Bed to my Daughter Sarah) and in case Either of my Said Sons Richard or Christopher or my Daughter Sarah shall dye before his her or their Legacy or Legacies or sume of money shall be due or payable then the Legacie of him her or them so dyeing shall go to the survivors or survivor of them share and share alike   Item all the rest and residue of my Goods Cattle Chattells money and personall Estate whatso ever and wheresoever I Give and devise unto my said son Christopher Wrenn whom I make full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament Revokeing all former and other Wills by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I have here unto sett my hand and seale this tenth day of January Anno Din one thousand seaven hundred and thirty one  Christopher Wrenn
