In the Name of God Amen I John Wilkinson of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Gentleman being of a sound and disposing mind memory and understanding praised be to God for the same and being willing to settle and dispose of that temporal Estate which it hath pleased God to give me do in order thereto make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say   imprimis I give devise and bequeath all and singular my Messuages Cottages Closes lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever situate lying and being within the Parishes or Territories of Hanslop and         Chappell or elsewhere within the County of Bucks unto my Wife Jane Wilkinson for and during the time of her natural life or so long as she shall continue my Widow and from and after the decease or second marriage of my said Wife which shall first happen I give devise and bequeath the same unto my Son John Wilkinson and to his heirs for ever  Item I give and bequeath all an Singular my goods Chattels and personal Estate whatsoever wheresoever unto my said Wife and do make my said Wife sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament and  I do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills heretofore by me made  In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this fifteenth day of May in the Sixth year of the Reigne of our Sovereign Lord George by the Grace of God of great Brittain ffrance and Ireland King Defender of the ffaith      Anno Domini 1720  John Wilkinson  Signed Sealed published and  declared by the Testator to his last Will and Testament in the presence Robert Walker  Richard Hillyer   Richard Nicholl
