In the Name of God Amen I John West of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Baker being in an indifferent state of Bodily Health but of a perfect sound and disposing mind memory and understanding and considering the frailty of human nature the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof I therefore make and declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) ffirst all those my four Messuages Tenements or Dwelling Houses with their and every of their Rights          Members and Appurtenances situate standing and being in Hanslop aforesaid and now or late in the several Tenures or Occupations of William Mills Thomas Panter William Alsop and James Gregory or some or one of them their some or one of their Assignees or Assigns and all other my Real Estates whatsoever and wheresoever both in possession and reversion I Give and devise unto my loving Wife Sarah and to her heirs and Assigns for ever Also all and singular my Goods Household Goods Crop Bills Bonds Notes Mortgages in fee or for years monies and securities for money Leases Effects and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature sort or kindsoever I give and bequeath unto my said loving Wife Sarah and her Assigns for ever Also I do hereby make nominate constitute and appoint my said loving Wife Sarah Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and I do declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament in Witness whereof I the said John West the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this fifth day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy one John West Signed and Sealed published and declared by the above named John West the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in our presence and attested and subscribed in his presence and in the presence of each other By us Thomas Grammer Amos Chinner Eliz Inwood
