This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry West of Hanslop in the County of Buckingham made when of sound and disposing mind and memory and understanding in manner following that is to say I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Mary and all and singular my Estate both Real and Personal and wheresoever the same may be situate or being  To hold the same unto my said Wife her heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever to and for her and their own use and benefit and I appoint my said Wife Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty seventh day of June one thousand eight hundred and four Henry West (LS) Signed Sealed published and declared by the said Henry West the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto  W Singleton  Henry Dawson John Garrard
