In the Name of God Amen I John Webb of the parish of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham Farmer Do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I give and bequeath to my beloved Wife Mary Webb all my House Close of Land and all my other premises situate and being at Long Street in the said parish of Hanslope for and during the term of her natural life I also give and bequeath to my said Wife all my farming Stock Household Furniture Money and other Effects whatsoever and wheresoever for and during the term of her natural life   And after the decease of my said Wife I give and bequeath to my Son in Law Richard Shrieve the Fifty pounds which I lent to him some time ago and which are now in his hands and I also give and bequeath to my said Son in Law Richard Shrieve the further sum of Forty pounds I also give and bequeath to my Daughter in Law Hannah Foddey the sum Ten pounds   I also give and bequeath to my Daughter in Law Mary Neall Sixty pounds   All which Legacies I hereby will and order shall be paid out of my Money Farming Stock Household Furniture and other Effects by my Executors herein after named within twelve calendar months after the decease of my said Wife   Likewise after the decease of my said Wife I give and bequeath to my Daughters Ann Barker and Elizabeth Shrieve all my House Close of Land and all other my premises situate and being at Long Street aforesaid to them their Heirs and Assigns for ever share and share alike without any difference or distinction I also give and bequeath to my Daughters Ann Barker and Elizabeth Shrieve all the residue and remainder of my Money Farming Stock Household Furniture and other Effects whatsoever and wheresoever which may remain at the death of my said Wife after the payment of the aforesaid Legacies share and share alike without any difference or distinction And I hereby will and order my Daughters Ann Barker and Elizabeth Shrieve each to pay to their Kinswoman Catharine Shrieve the sum of Two pounds ten shillings each and every year out of the personal effects which I have hereby bequeathed to them during the term of  her natural life the first payment of the said Annuity to be made Twelve months after the decease of my said Wife And I hereby appoint my Brother in Law Mr John Adams of Long Street aforesaid Farmer and Mr Thomas Barker of the parish of Roade in the County of Northampton Farmer Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament And I do hereby disannual and revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Nineteenth day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventeen The Mark of John Webb (LS) Signed Sealed published and declared by the within named John Webb the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto affixed our names as witnesses – W Singleton Esmy Edward Hall James Crick
