In the Name of God Amen I Francis Warwick of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Yeoman being weak and infirm in Body but of sound and disposing Mind Memory and Understanding (praised be God for the same) Do Make and Ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)   ffirst I Give and bequeath unto my daughter Eleanor the Sum of Twenty Pounds of Lawful Money of Great Brittain to be paid her within Six years after my decease   Next I Give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah the like Sum of Twenty Pounds to be paid her within Six Years after my decease    Next I Give and Bequeath unto my Son in Law Richard Clifton the Sum of Five Pounds of Lawfull Money of Great Brittain to be paid him within Three Years after my decease   Next I Give and bequeath unto my Son in Law Richard Stanton the like Sum of ffive Pounds to be paid him within Three Years after my decease   Next I Give and devise unto my Son John Warwick and the Heirs of his Body lawfully begotten or to be begotten all that my Close of Pasture with the Appurtenances lying and being in the parish of Road and now late in my own Occupation and Also all that Mead Ground with the Appurtenances lying and being in Dunmore Mead in the parish of Grafton in the County of Northampton and now or Late in the Occupation of Richard Watts his Assigne or Assignes Subject Nevertheless and Chargeable with the payment of The Several Legacies above by me bequeathed at the times and in Manner aforesaid And in Case my said Son John should dye without Issue of his Body as aforesaid in the Life time of My wife Elizabeth then I Give and Devise the said Close………………and ………..unto my said Loving Wife Elizabeth and her Assignes for and during the Term of her Natural Life and from and after her decease or in Case my said Son John shall Dye without Issue of his Body my said wife being Dead I Give and devise the same to my Three daughters Eleanor Warwick Sarah Warwick and Mary Warwick and their Heirs to Hold as Tenants in Common and Not as Joynt Tenants And Lastly all my Goods Chattells Cattle Real and personal Estate Whatsoever and Wheresoever Not herein before by me bequeathed I Give devise and bequeath unto My Dear and Loving Wife Elizabeth and my said Son John their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assignes Subject to the payment of my just Debts and funeral Expences And I do hereby Make and ordain my said Wife Elizabeth and my said Son John Warwick Executors of this my Last Will and Testament hereby Revokeing disannulling and making Void all fformer and other Wills by me heretofore made and declaring this to be my Last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my Last Will and Testament Sett my hand and Seal the Twenty Eighth day of February in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and forty two  The Mark of The Withine Named Francis Warwick Signe Sealed published and declared by the said ffrancis Warwick the Testator for and as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us and attested by us in his presence and in the presence of Each other Richard Perry   Tho.
