In the Name of God Amen I John Walker of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Yeoman being sick and weak in body but of Sound Mind and Memory praised be God for the same Do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)   ffirst and principally I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping thro’ the Meritorious Death and passion of my only Saviour and Redeemer Jesus Christ to receive ffree pardon of all my sins and as for my body I commit to the Earth to be buried at the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named   And as to the Worldly Estate with which it hath pleased God to bless me with I dispose thereof as ffollows (Viz Imprimis)   I give devise and bequeath to my son Henry Walker his heirs and assigns all that my Messuage or Tenement situate lying or being in Bullington End in the parish of Hanslop in the County of Bucks comonly called or known by the name of ffreescroft together with the pightle and all its appurtenances belonging thereto whatsoever to hold to him the said Henry Walker his heirs and Assigns forever   Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Walker the sum of ffifty pounds to be paid her by my Executor within one year next after my Decease   Item I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Walker and my two youngest sons Viz Robert Walker and Thomas Walker the sum of Six pounds yearly and every year during the term of twelve years and my will is that the said Legacy shall be paid them quarterly that is the sum of one pound ten Shillings ever quarter the first payment to be made the ffirst quarter day next after my Decease   Item I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Walker and my two Youngest sons Robert Walker and Thomas Walker the sum of Twenty pounds apiece to be paid by my Executor to each of them that shall be then living at the end of the term of twelve years   Item I give and bequeath to my wife Mary Walker the bed in the Little Room with the bedding belonging to it with two pairs of Sheets to the same   Item I give and bequeath to my sons Robert Walker and Thomas Walker the little bed up in Garrett with the bedding belonging to it with two pair of sheets to the same   Item I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Walker the sum of ffifty shillings to be paid by my Executor at my Decease   Item as to all the rest residue and remainder of my personal Estate Goods and Chattells of what kind or Nature soever I give and bequeath to my son Henry Walker whom I make sole Executor to this my last Will and Testament   And Lastly I do make ordain constitute and Appoint my Brother George Wills and my Brother Daniel Anstead and William Hillier Trustees to this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ffourteenth day of March in the Nineteenth Year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God King of Great Britain and so forth and in the Year of Our Lord 1745/6 John Walker Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named John Walker to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses in the presence of the Testator Benj.
