In the Name of God Amen I William Thompson of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Labourer being very weak of Body but of Perfect mind and memory (Praised be God) Do Constitute make and ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament in Manner and Form Following Viz)   Imprimis I Give and bequeath unto my Son John Thompson the Sum of One Shilling of Current English Money to be Paid by my Executrix herein Mentioned   Item I Give and bequeath to Sarah Thompson my Dearly Beloved Wife All that Messuage Cottages Tenement which I now dwell in with all the Appurtenances thereunto belonging Likewise I Give Bequeath to Sarah Thompson my Dearly Beloved Wife All my Goods Chattells and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I shall die possessed off during the term of her Natural life in Case she shall remain a Widow and not Intermarry with any other Person and after her Decease or Intermarriage with any other Person Then I Give and Dispose of the same in Manner following   Item I Give and bequeath to my Daughters Sarah Leaver and Mary Thompson the above said Messuage Cottage or Tenement which I now dwell in with its Appurtenances hereunto belonging To be equally Divided between them in such Manner that they may Share and Share alike and my Will and Meaning is that my Daughter Sarah Leaver’s Husband should not Lett Sell or make away the Part or Share which I have given to my said Daughter Sarah Leaver without the Consent of my said Daughter Sarah Leaver and my Will and Meaning is that the Part or Share which I have to my said Daughter Sarah Leaver shall remain to her during her time of life And my Will and Meaning is that after the Decease of my said Daughter Sarah Leaver the Part or Share which I have Given to her shall then remain to my Daughter Mary Thompson to her and her heirs forever Lastly I do Constitute make and ordain my Wife Sarah Thompson my only Sole Executrix to this my Last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand and Seal this Twenty sixth day of June in the Seventeenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Brittain France and Ireland Kind Defender of the Faith and in the year of our Lord 1743 The Mark of William Thompson Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the above named William Thompson for and as his last Will and Testament in the presence of his Witnesses Benjamin Hindes   John Blunt and the Mark of Ann Windsor
