This is the last Will and Testament of me Samuel Tarry of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham Farmer and Grazier as follows that is to say I earnestly recommend my brother Job Tarry to my landlord as a Tenant to succeed me in the occupation of my farm and trust that he will be pleased to accept him as such and in Case he should my will and desire is that all my Goods Stock and Effects upon the said farm be fairly apportioned and sold to my said brother and that upon his giving an approved Security for the value of the same and the yearly interest to arise thereupon as the same shall become due to be applied and disposed of for the use and benefit of my son Thomas Samuel Watts Tarry it is my Will and desire also that he shall be entrusted with the value of such Goods Stock and Effects until my said son shall attain his age of twenty one years or until he shall think proper to pay and discharge the same before my said son shall attain to that age all the rest of my personal Estate whatsoever and also all my said Goods Stock and Effects upon my said farm in case my said landlord shall not accept my said brother as his Tenant or in case he shall the money to arise from the sale and disposition of the same I give and bequeath unto my brother Thomas Tarry and my said brother Job Tarry their Executors and Administrators upon Trust that they shall and do in the first place raise and pay thereout all my just debts funeral Expenses and the Expenses of proving and carrying unto execution this my Will and after payment thereof do and shall put place or continue the residue thereof out at Interest upon good and approved Security or Securities and by and out of the same maintain cloathe and educate my said son until he shall attain his age of twenty one years and when and so soon as he shall attain the said age so and shall call in the said Trust monies and all Interest that shall therein be due and owing for the same and pay and deliver the same and every part thereof unto my said son Thomas Samuel Watts Tarry so and for his own use and benefit and in case my said son shall depart this life under the said age and shall have any lawful Children or Child then so and shall pay and deliver all such principal and Interest of Trust monies and Personal Estate to such Children (if more than one) in equal shares and if only one the whole to such only Child but if my said son shall depart this life under the said age and shall not bear any such Children or Child or shall and they shall all die under the age of twenty one years and leave no lawful Children or Child then and in such case so and shall pay and deliver all such principal and Interest Trust monies and personal Estate unto all and every of my own brothers and sisters including my said two brothers Thomas and Job Tarry in equal shares for their own use and benefit provided nevertheless and it is my Will and desire that my said brothers Thomas and Job their Executors and Administrators so and shall out of my personal Estate reimburse himself and themselves all costs and Expenses he and they shall sustain in their Execution of the Trusts of this my Will and that neither he or they shall be answerable or accountable for the loss of any of my said personal Estate unless the same is occasioned through his or their own wilful neglect or mismanagement And I hereby appoint my said brothers Thomas Tarry and Job Tarry joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament for the uses and upon the Trusts aforesaid and also Guardians to my said Son during his minority and do hereby revoke all other Wills by me made and declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament in Witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand and seal this twenty eighth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seven Samuel Tarry signed sealed published and delivered by the Testator Samuel Tarry as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us after the following words were first interlined and observed that is to say “upon the said farms and "personal Estate own, the Trust of" "Samuel Watts, Samuel Watts" J. This Will was proved at London on the twelfth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seven before the Right Honourable Sir William Wright Doctor of Laws & Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Thomas Tarry and Job Tarry the Brothers of the deceased the Executors named in the said Will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased having been first sworn by Commission duly to Administer
