This is the last Will and Testament of me Job Tarry of Hanslope in the County of Northampton farmer as follows that is to say I give devise & bequeath unto my Sister Ann Campion the legacy or Sum of Two hundred pounds All the rest and residue of my real and personal Estates of what nature kind or sort soever I give devise and bequeath unto all & every my Brothers & my said Sister equally to be parted & divided between them my said Brothers & Sister share & share alike they thereout paying my just debts funarial (sic) Expenses and the Expenses of proving this my Will and I do hereby appoint my Brother Thomas Tarry and Mr Joseph Gallard of Yardley Gobion Executors of this my last Will & Testament In witness thereof I have hereto set my hand & seal this twenty seventh day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred twelve Job Tarry Signed sealed published & declared by the said Job Tarry the Testator as and for his last Will & Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Thomas Robnis Elizabeth Pain John Lovell

Proved at London 12th January 1813 before the judge by the oath of Thomas Tarry the Brother & one of the Exors to whom admon was granted having been first sworn by Oath? duly to admir power to Joseph Gallard the other Exor.
