In the name of God Amen I John Stimson of the parish of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham Common Carrier Do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I give and bequeath to my Son in Law William Stonton and to my Daughter Susannah Wife of the said William Stonton All my Cottage or Tenement with the out offices and other premises belonging to me situate and lying in Wooding Lane in the said parish of Hanslope to them and to the survivor of them during the term of his or her natural life and after the death of the survivor of them I give and bequeath the said Cottage and other premises in Wooding Lane to the Children of my said Daughter share and share alike I give and bequeath to my Son Joseph Stimson All my Houses Messuages Tenements Gardens and other my premises situate lying and being at Halfway Houses in the said Parish of Hanslope to him his Heirs and Assigns subject nevertheless to the payment of the following Legacies that is to say I give and bequeath to my Daughter Ann Webb the sum of Ten pounds to be paid by my said Son Joseph Stimson to her out of my said premises at Halfway Houses I also give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Garratt the sum of Ten pounds to be paid to her by my said Son Joseph Stimson out of my said premises at Halfway Houses I also give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Stimson the sum of Ten pounds to be paid to her by my said Son Joseph Stimson out of my said premises at Halfway Houses I also give and bequeath to my Son Charles Stimson the sum of Thirty pounds to be paid to him by my said son Joseph Stimson out of my said premises at Halfway Houses I also give and bequeath to my son David Stimson the sum of Five pounds to be paid to him by my said Son Joseph Stimson out of my said premises at Halfway Houses All the aforesaid Legacies payable by my said Son Joseph Stimson I will to be paid to the said several Legatees one Moiety or half at the end of two years from the time of my decease and the other Moiety or half at the end of three years from the time of my decease I also give and bequeath to my aforesaid Daughter Mary Stimson the Bedstead which I use for sleeping on myself and the Curtains belonging to it to be hers immediately after the time of my decease   All the remainder of my Effects whatsoever and wheresoever subject however to the payment of my just debts and Funeral Expences I give and bequeath to my said Son Joseph Stimson And I do hereby appoint my said Son Joseph Stimson sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament And I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and I declare this and no other to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I hereunto affix my hand and seal this thirteenth day of July in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty two John Stimson (LS) Signed Sealed published and declared by the within named Testator John Stimson as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto affixed our names as witnesses – W SingletonThomas Billing John Gregory
