In the name of God Amen I William Smith of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Now a Solder in his Majestys Service to make this my last will and testament in manner and form following   Imprimis I Give and bequeath unto Jemima Turvey one house with all the appurtenances thereto belonging situate and being in a Certain place called Higham Cross in Hanslop aforesaid after the term of her Years next ensuing the date hereof if the said Jemima Turvey shall keep herself unmarried till the said time   All the rest residue and remainder of my estate whether real copyhold or personal with all my debts dues and demands whatsoever or wheresoever I shall die possessed of  I Give and bequeath unto my Father William Smith of Hanslop aforesaid Whom I Also make sole executor of this my last will and testament   In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 28 day of January in the Year of our Lord 1757 Wm Smith – signed sealed and declared in the presence of us Law.
