In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Smith of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Labourer revoking all others make this my last Will bearing date on or about the thirtenth day of May One thousand seven hundred and seventy one   Do appoint John Neal Sen. and Charles Bishop both of Hanslop in the County of Bucks to be my Trustees of this my last Will in manner and form following that is to say   First I give to the sons and daughters of John Neal Sen. And their Heirs All my Real Estate Lying at Badgers Balney in Hanslope in the County of Bucks to be equally divided amongst the said John Neals Sen. Children and my Will is that John Neal Sen. and Charles Bishop pay to my two Sisters Ann Smith and Elizabeth Smith both of Hanslop to each two Shillings and six pence a week a week during their nature Lives as far as the Personal Estate will amount to but if the said Ann Smith and Elizabeth Smith depart this life before the Personal Estate is all expended my will is that my two Executors John Neal Sen. and Charles Bishop shall have the Remainder of the Money at the Death of Ann Smith and Elizabeth Smith left by me Thomas Smith this is my last Will and Testament where unto I seat my hand and Seal this thirtenth day of May One thousand seven hundred and seventy one as Witness my hand the Mark of Thomas Smith Witness John Stonton – The marks of William Stonton  The mark of Mary Stonton
