In the Name of God Amen I Catherine Smith of the parish of Hanslope in the County of Bucks Victualler being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind and memory (blessed be God) do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)   Imprimis I will that all my just debts be paid and satisfied   Item I give and bequeath to my Nephew William Smith of Hanslope aforesaid all my Goods Chattels and Estate whether real Copyhold or personal whatsoever wheresoever lying and being and whatsoever I shall die possessed of to him and his heirs and Assigns forever   Item I also nominate constitute my said Kinsman William Smith sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking making void and disannulling all former and other Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do allow this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness hereto have set my hand and Seal this sixteenth day of September in the Year of our Lord 1765 Catherine Smith her Mark  Signed sealed and delivered by the said Catherine Smith in the presence of us who have subscribed our Names as Witnesses in her presence and in the presence of each other  Fran.
