This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Slade of Hanslope in the County of  Buckingham Grazier I give all my land houses farm and other Real Estate at Hanslope aforesaid or elsewhere And all my stock goods money and Personal Estate to my Wife my Son John and my Daughter Charlotte their heirs executors administrators and assigns equally to be divided between them Subject as to the said real and personal Estate to the payment of the Mortgage now or hereafter thereon and to the payment out of the said real and personal Estate at the expiration of twelve Calendar months after my death of Legacies of Two hundred pounds each to my Son William and to my Son George and to whom I give the same accordingly But I have not provided for my Son Edward because I am liable in a bond or other Security for him for Two hundred and fifty pounds to Samuel Adams of Hanslope aforesaid and about One hundred pounds to John Rainbow of Hanslope aforesaid and which payments will be made by me or my executors And I direct them to make such payments accordingly if not made in my lifetime by me I appoint my wife my said Son John and my said Daughter Charlotte my Executors and declare that the provision for my wife shall be in lieu of any dower or thirds In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Third day of November One thousand eight hundred and fifty two – Richard Slade – signed published and declared by theTestator as his last Will in the presence of us both present at the same time who in his presence and that of each other have set our names as witnesses – John HensmanJohn B Hensman
