This is the last Will and Testament of me William Rogers of Hanslope in the County of Bucks Gentleman ffirst whereas I am concerned in a certain Trade or Business with Mr William Sutton late partner with Messrs Dycey and Co pursuant to a Receipt for making of Scots pills of the late Dr ffrances and am desirous the same should be carried on and continued for the benefit of my loving wife Sarah   Now I do hereby give and devise the same Receipt and all benefit arising therefrom unto my said loving wife Sarah and to her executors and administrators to and for her sole use and benefit and also all and singular my Goods Household Goods Beds Bedding Linen Woollen Plate China and  Implements of household and ffurniture whatsoever Chattels Cattle and personal Estate whatsoever Book and other Debts Money and Securities for Money Effects and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever which I shall die possessed of  I give and bequeath unto my said loving wife Sarah and to her Executors and Administrators to and for her sole use and benefit she thereout paying all my just Debts my ffuneral Expenses and the charges of proving this my Will and lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said loving wife Sarah sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and make void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness thereof I  the said William Rogers the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this Eighteenth day of July in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ffourteen  William Rogers (LS) Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named William Rogers the Testator as and for his last Will  and Testament in our presence and attested and subscribed in his presence and in the presence of each other by us Ann Wilkins  Wm Wilkins
