In The Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Roberts of Hanslope in the County  Bucks Relict considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory blessed be Almighty God for the same Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)   First and principally I recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator hoping thro’ the Meritorious Death and Passion of my only Saviour and Redeemer Jesus Christ to receive free pardon of all my Sins And as to my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named and as to the worldly Estate with which it hath pleased God to bless me withal I dispose thereof as followeth   Imprimis I Give devise and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Churchill all that Messuage or Tenement situate standing and being in the parish of Stony Stratford West side in the County of Bucks and which I purchased of Aaron White and now in the occupation of Mrs Young Schoolmistress together with Outhouses Garden and all other the Appurtenances thereto belonging during the term of her natural life and from and after the decease of my said daughter Elizabeth Churchill Then I give devise and bequeath the aforesaid Messuage or Tenement to such of my Daughter Elizabeth Churchills Children as shall be then living to be equally divided between them  so as they may share and share alike to remain to them and their heirs for ever   Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Margaret Roberts one set of China One Dozen of pewter plates half a Dozen Dishes and one Bed Quilt   Item I Give and bequeath to my Daughters Elizabeth Churchill and Margaret Roberts all my Linnen to be equally divided between them in such manner as to share and share alike   Item I give and bequeath to my Grandson John Busby One Silver Spoon Marked I.B.E.   Item I give devise and bequeath unto my Grandson John Busby One half of all the right Title Interest claim and demand whatsoever I have in four Messuages or Tenements situate standing and being on the Green in the parish of Northampton  and which I hold and enjoy by a Mortgage Security from Hudson and Pitman to him and his Heirs forever   Item I give and bequeath to my Grandaughters Elizabeth Busby and Mary Busy and my Grandson William Busby the other half of the aforesaid four Messuages or Tenements lying and being on the Green in the parish of Northampton aforesaid to be divided between them so as they may share and share alike to them and their Heirs forever   Item as to all the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattles and personal Estate of what kind or nature soever I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Churchill to her and her Heirs forever   And my Will and meaning is that my daughter Elizabeth Churchill shall discharge my Debt and funerall Expences And I do make and ordain my Daughter Elizabeth Churchill sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament thus revoking all former Will and Wills by me heretofore made I publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament  In Witness whereof I have here set my hand Seal this third day of May in the Twenty fifth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second by the Grace of God King of Great Britain and in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred fifty and  two Elizabeth Roberts Signed Sealed published and declared by the Testatrix to be her last Will and Testament  in the presence of us and attested by us in the presence of the Testatrix Benj.
