In the Name of God Amen  This Twenty Ninth day of March in the Year of our Lord 1734  I John Rawllings of Hanslope in the County of Bucks being Weake in body but of Sound and Perfect Memory Praise be Allmighty for the same Do Make and ordain this My Last Will and Testament in Manner and form following   first I recomend My Soul into the hands of Almighty God My Creator Hopeing through the Meritorious Death and Passion of Jesus Christ My Saviour and Redeemer to Receive free Pardon for all My Sins & as for My Body I Committ the same to the earth from Whence it Came to be Decently buried In A Christian Like Manner and as for that Worldly Estate in Which it hath please God bestow upon me I dispose thereof as followeth.   Imprimis Item I give and bequeath unto My Kinsman John Tomson son of William Tomson and Sarah Tompson, And his heirs all that house Now in tennure of John Cook with all the Appurtenances there Unto belonging.  I Also Give and bequeath Unto My Kinsman John Tomson and heirs Afore said that Closs With all and every Appurtenances there Unto belonging Now in Tennure of Thomas Allam & commonlly Called the home Closs and I give and bequeath Unto My three Kinswomen Sarah Tomson  Jemmimia Tomson and Mary Tomson Daughters to William Tomson and Sarah Tomson After they Shall sevrally Arrive Unto the Age of one and twenty Years  All that Closs Comonly Called Wooding Lane Close With all the Appurtenances there Unto belonging And Now in  Tennure of Thomas Allam to be Sold and the Moneys to be equally divided betweene the AforeSaid Sarah Tomson Jemmimia Tomson and Mary Tomson And My Will and pleasure is that My Well beloved Sister Sarah Tomson wife to William Tomson Shall Receive the Rents of the above Said house and Closses Untill My Afore Said Kinsfolks John Tomson Sarah Tomson Jemmima Tomson And Mary Tomson Shall Sevorally arive Unto the Age of One and Twenty Years And I give and bequeath Unto My Kinswemen Sarh Tomson Jemmmia Tomson And Mary Tomson the Sume of fifteen Pounds to each of them to be levied and paid out of My ready Moneys And Debts and I Give and bequeath Unto My brother in Law William Tomson All and every My Waring Apparell as Woollen Linnen And I Give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Smith Daughter to William Smith The Sume of ten pounds to Levied And paid out My ready Money And Debts And I Give and bequeath Unto John Ambledine Whome I begat on the body of Mary Ambledine the sum of ten Pounds to be Levied and paid out of My ready money And Debts in order that my Trustees here After Mentioned shall Binde or cause to be bound the Afore Said John Ambledine to some Trade with the Afore Said Money Soon After he Shall arrive to the Age of fifteen years or sooner if Conveniency Suites And I do hereby Make and ordaine the Above Mentioned John Tomson My Well beloved Kinsman to be My Executor of this My last Will and Testament and I Also Nominate and Appoint Thomas Billing Senr and Richard Wilby to be Trustees for all of these above Named Revoking All former Will or Wills by Me Made in Witness Whereof I have here Unto Set My hand and Seal this Twenty Ninth Day of March In the Yeare of Our Lord 1734 The Mark of John Rawllings Signed Sealed Published and Declared to be the Last Will and Testament of the Said John Rawlings in the presence of Us Robert Plowman  William Wharton   William Jennings
