In the Name of God Amen I Daniel Rawlings of Hanslop in the County of Bucks being sick and weak in body but by the Grace of God of Sound and perfect mind and Memory Praise be  God for it I do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in the Manner Following First and principally I recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my heavenly Father hopeing to be saved through the meritorious death passion Resurrection and Ascension of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer and my body I Commit to the Earth to be decently buryed at the discretion of My Executor hereafter named and of that worldly estate Wherewith it hath pleased Almighty God to bless me  I dispose of the same as follows  Item I give to my daughter Elizabeth Paret of Castlethrop the Sume of three pounds of Lawfull money of England to be paid every year During her natural life by my Executor and his heirs I give  My  aforesaid Daughter Elizabeth Parret the bedd and bedding that is in the S….. Chamber two Great Tubbs one Porridge Pott the best Kettle two tables in the Chamber the bell mettle mortar & Pestell Item I Give her Children all my wearing Close   Item I give Hannah Harman five pounds of Good and lawfull money of England   Item I Give to my Sister Mary Farn of Cortinhall the Summ of twenty Shillings   Item I Give and bequeath to my brother John Rawlings all the Remainder of my Estate to him and his heirs for ever goods Chattells houses  land and Tenements whatsoever and Wheresoever whom I make my whole and Sole Executor  In Witness whereof I have put my hand and Seal the Twenty Six day of March in the first year of the Reign of our  Sovereign Lord King George and in the year of our Lord God one thousand Seven hundred and twenty eight Daniel Ralings his marke Signed Sealed Published and delivered by said Daniel Ralings for and as his last will and Testament in the Presence of us whose names are hereunto Subscribed as Witnesses in the presence of the Testator John Lane his marke the Marke of Margarett Lane   John Leabrook.
