In the Name of God Amen I Reuben Plowman of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Gardener being in a bad state of bodily health but of a perfect sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do therefore make and declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)   First all that my Messuage or Tenement with the Yards Gardens Backsides Stables Outhouses hereditaments and all other the Appurtenances  to the same belonging situate standing lying and being in Church End in Hanslop aforesaid and now in my own Occupation I give and devise the same unto my loving Wife Jane and to her heirs and Assigns for ever to and for her and their sole use and benefit   Also all those my two Messuages or Tenements with the Yards Gardens Orchards backsides and all outhouses hereditaments and Appurtenances to the same appertaining and belonging situate standing lying and being in a certain place called Stocking Green in Hanslop aforesaid and now in the tenure or occupation of Robert Sterman and Widow Stears their Under tenants or Assigns I give and devise the same unto my said loving Wife Jane and to her heirs and Assigns for ever to and for her and their sole use and benefit   Also all and singular my Goods household Goods beds Beding linen Wooling Brass Pewter Brewing Vessels and all other Implements of household whatsoever Cattle Stock Crop Monies and securities for Money Leases Effects and all other my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature sort or kind soever I give and bequeath unto my said loving Wife Jane and to her Executors and Administrators for ever   Also I do hereby make nominate Constitute and appoint my said loving Wife Jane sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and I do declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Reuben Plowman the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy three – Reuben Plowman Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Reuben Plowman the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in our presence and attested and subscribed in his presence and in the presence of each other by us – Benjamin Lever   William Gregory   Thomas Grammer
