In the name of God Amen I John Perry of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Farmer being sick and weak in body but of a sound and disposing mind memory and understanding and considering the frailty of humans nature the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof Do therefore make and declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)   First I Give and bequeath unto my three Grandsons Dennis Panter John Panter and Charles Panter the sum of one shilling apiece to be paid to them within twelve calendar months after my decease Also all and singular my goods household goods Linen Woolen brass pewter brewing vessels and all other Implements of household whatsoever   And also all my Waggons Carts Horse Harness and all other Implements of husbandry whatsoever and wheresoever  Cattle stock Crop monies and securities for money Leases Effects and all other my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature sort or kindsosever I Give and bequeath unto my son in Law Thomas Adams and my daughter Sarah Neal their Executors administrators and assigns for ever to be equally divided between them share and share alike they thereout paying all my just debts which I shall owe or be indebted to any person or persons whomsoever at the time of my decease my funeral Expences and the charges of proving this my will  Also I do hereby make nominate constitute and appoint my said son in Law Thomas Adams and my said daughter Sarah Neal Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other will and wills by me at any time heretofore made and I do declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said John Perry the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this Nineteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty one The mark of John Perry – Signed sealed published and declared by the above named John Perry the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in our presence and attested and subscribed in his presence and in the presence of each – Thomas Grammer - James Fretter Charles Warwick
