In the name of God Amen I Henry Payes of Hanslope in the County of Bucks Yeoman being of sound Mind and Memory Praised be God for the Same But Senseible of My Mortality Do Make and declare this to be My Last Will and Testament in Manner following first I give and devise Unto Mary the Daughter of Edward Greggory the Elder of Hanslope Aforesaid Taylour imediately after My decease She paying all my just Debts and funeral Charges All that My Messuage or Tenement and Pightle thereunto adjoining in the said parrish of Hanslope Now in the occupation of one Christopher Ellis with all the Appurtenances there unto belonging for and during the Term of her Naturall Life And After her Decease I give and Devise the same premises unto Henry the Son of Richard Wilbee of Hanslope aforesaid and to his heirs for ever Also I give to my Niece Wiliehmina Willis Payes one Shilling And I hereby declare the said Mary Greggory Sole Executrix of this My last Will and Testament And do hereby direct My body to be decently interred at the Discretion of My said Executrix and I Also Give and Devise to the said Mary Greggory all My Debts and other personall estate Whatsoever in Testimony Whereof I have to this My Last Will Sett My hand and Seal this 28th day of March 1734 And Do hereby Declare Void All former Wills by Me heretofore Made the Mark of Henry Payes Signed Sealed published and Declared by the said Testator to be his Last Will and Testament in the presence of Us who have Also Subscribed our Names as Witnesses In the presence of the Testator Baldwin Wake Sha.
