In the Name of God Amen I John Panter of Hanslope in the County of Bucks being weak in body but of sound and  perfect memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say)   Imprimis I give and bequeath to my two Brothers William and Francis one Shilling each   Item I do give bequeath and devise unto Ann my beloved wife all my goods and Chattels whensover or wheresoever they may be found requiring the said Ann my well beloved wife to defray all expence of my funeral and to see me decently buried and I do likewise nominate and appoint the said Ann my beloved wife to be whole and sole Executrix of this my last will and testament revoking all former wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 30th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty and two the mark of John Panter Signed Sealed published and declared to be the Last will and testament of the said John Panter in the presence of us John Errington   John Waren   William Ansfield
