In the Name of God Amen The ffirst of September 1712 according to the computation of the Church of England I Gilbert Panter of Hansloop in the County of Bucks being weak in Body but of perfect memory and remembrance praised be God for it I do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following   ffirst I bequeath my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Maker hoping that through the meritorious death and passion of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer to receive free pardon and forgiveness of all my Sins And as for my Body to be buried in christian manner of buriall at the discretion of my Executor hereafter mentioned   Item I give to my Son William Panter the summe of one shilling Item I give to my Daughter Mary West the summe of one shilling Item I give to my Son Joseph Parrat and my Daughter Ann Parrat his Wife the summe of two shillings All my goods chattles and money and Bills Bonds Notes and whatsoever both within doors and without I give to my Son Thomas Cheeves my full and sole Executor his Wife and heirs for ever whereof I have set my hand and Seal the Day and Year above mentioned my debts and Legacies discharged by my Executor the mark of Gilbert Panter Sealed and delivered in the presence of us the Day and Date above mentioned Dan Saxby Nathaniel Caucot John Seabrook
