In the Name of God Amen I Dennis Panter of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Butcher being weak in body but of sound mind and memory thanks be to God for the same do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following   Imprimis I give devise and bequeath to my loving Wife Mary Panter all and singular my Messuages Cottages and Tenements that I dye possessed of Viz Two Tenements situated on the West side Long Street End in the Parish of Hanslope in the said County of Bucks in the tenure of Francis Caucut and John Panter Item two houses situated in Long Street End in the aforesaid parish of Hanslop on the East side in  the tenure of Widow Herbert and John Brice for and during the term of her natural life or intermarriage with any other person after my decease and for and after her decease or Intermarriage with any other Person then and such case I give devise and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Panter All them two houses or Tenements situated on the West side Long Street End in the Parish of Hanslop in the County of Bucks now in the tenure of Francis Caucut and John Panter to remain to her and her heirs for ever   Item I give and bequeath to my Son Joseph Panter all my two houses or Tenements situated on the East side Long Street End in the aforesaid Parish of Hanslop in the tenures of Widow Herbert and John Brice to remain to my Son Joseph Panter to remain to him and his heirs for ever and my Will further is if either of my two Children shall chance to dye without Issue then and in such case the aforesaid Cottages or Tenements shall go to the Survivor of the two and to remain to them and their heirs for ever and  further if both my Children shall dye without Issue and my Wife survive them both then my will further is that they shall go to my Wife and remain to her during the term of her nature life and for and after her decease shall be equally divided between such of my Brother John Panters Children as shall be then surviving share and share alike   All the rest residue and remainder of my personal Estate in Goods Chattel Stock Book Debts or whatsoever or wheresoever I shall dye possessed of I give and bequeath to my Wife Mary Panter and I do appoint my said Wife my Executrix to this my Will  And Lastly I do make and appoint my Father Charles Panter and my Brother Joseph Hindes Trustees to this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventh day of January in the twelve year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the grace of God of Great Britain ffrance and Ireland King defender of the ffaith  and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy three Dennis Panter Signed sealed published and declared by the Testator to be his last Will and Testament and the same was attested in the presence of the Testator by us Amos ChinnerSamual CoxAnn Billing
