In the Name of God Amen I Ann Panter of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Victualla being weak in Body but of sound Mind Memory and Understanding praised be God for the same Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)   First and Principally I commend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God who gave it hoping to be saved through the Merits of Jesus Christ my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named And as for such Worldly Estate and Effects as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I Give and dispose thereof as follows   First I will that all such Debts as I shall justly owe at the time of my Decease and my Funeral Charges be in the first plays paid and satisfyed by my Executrix hereinafter named   Item I give and bequeath unto Catharine Smith my Sister All and singular my Household Goods Chattells and Personable Estate and all other my Effects of what Nature or Kind soever the same are or wheresoever the same are or shall be found (Save and Except one blue Grey Coat which was my Husbands John Panter which Coat I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Thomas Panter of Hanslop aforesaid) And Lastly all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Goods Chattells and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever not hereinbefore mentioned I give devise and bequeath unto my said Sister Catharine Smith her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns And do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Sister sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and disannulling all former made Wills by me at any time heretofore and do Declare this only to be my last Will and Testament  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Eleventh day of February in the Twenty-eighth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second……… And in the year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and fifty and Three  The Mark of the said Ann Panter Signed Sealed Published and Declared the said Ann Pinter the Testator as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our Names at Witnesses at her Request and in her presence and in the presence of each other  William Hillier   John Gray   Thomas Billing
