I Elizabeth Page of Longstreet in the parish of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Do Make and Ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner ffollowing I Give and bequeath All that my Messuage or Tenement with the Yard and Orchard thereto belonging situate in Longstreet aforesaid wherein I now Dwell And also all that other Messuage or Tenement with the Yard and Orchard now in the possession of Elizabeth Fowkes And all that Close or Garden situate as aforesaid now in the possession of John Richards and all that other my Lands and Tenements in Hanslop aforesaid together with all and Singular the rights members and Appurtenances thereto belonging unto John Richards of Longstreet aforesaid and Matthew Adams of Gore ffields and the Survivor of them and the heirs of such Survivor for ever upon Trust nevertheless that they the said John Richards and Matthew Adams and the Survivor of them and the heirs of such Survivor  Do Sell or any part of the premises above devised for the payment of all such just Debts I shall owe at the time of my Decease Together with my Funeral Expences And upon this Further Trust that they the said John Richards and Matthew Adams and the Survivor of them and the heirs of such Survivor (if my whole Estate above devised should not happen to be sold for payment of my Debts and ffuneral Expences as aforesaid) Do well and sufficiently Convey and Assure such part of my said Estate as shall not be sold for the purposes aforesaid unto and upon William Richards son of him the said John Richards his heirs and Assigns for ever But in case he shall happen to depart this Life before he Attains his age of Twenty one years Then upon John Richards his Brother his heirs and Assigns for ever As for all the Residue and Remainder of my Personal Estate I Give and bequeath the same to the said John Richards the ffather whom I Constitute Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made and do satisfy and Confirm this present writing contained in One Sheet as and for my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Fifteenth day of February One Thousand Seven Hundred and fforty one Elizabeth Page her Mark Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said Testatrix as for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have Likewise subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto in the presence of us at her request in the presence of each other  Edward Bloxham  William Barmage   Sarah Barmage
