In the name of God Amen I John Neal of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Farmer being in perfect health and of sound mind memory and understanding but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life Do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (to wit)   First I Give and devise to my two sons Benjamin Neal and Samuel Neal All that Cottage or Tenement situate in Hanslop aforesaid and commonly called or known by the name of Patches Barley now in the occupation of William Brooks together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging To Hold to them my said sons Benjamin Neal and Samuel Neal share and share alike and to their Heirs and Assigns for ever   Next I Give and devise unto my son Nathaniel Neal All that my other Cottage or Tenement situate in Hanslop aforesaid and now or late in the tenure or occupation of Thomas Marriott together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging to Hold to him my said son Nathaniel Neal his Heirs or Assigns for ever   Next I Give and bequeath to my son Samuel Neal the legacy or sum of Ten pounds of lawful money of Great Britain   Also I Give and bequeath to my said son Samuel Neal my own Clock   Next I Give and bequeath to my son Nathaniel Neal the sum of Two Guineas   Next I Give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah Cowley the sum of One Guinea   Next I Give and bequeath to my daughter in law Elizabeth Neal the sum of One Guinea   Next I Give and bequeath to my daughter in Law Ann Neal the sum of One Guinea all which aforesaid Legacies are to be paid out of my personal Estate by my Executors hereinafter named within twelve months next after my decease   Next I Give and bequeath to Eleanor Morris daughter of Elizabeth Morris of Hanslope aforesaid the legacy or sum of Ten pounds to be paid her by my Executors herein after named as soon as she shall attain her respective age of ten years all the rest and residue and remainder of my Goods Chattels Stock and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever (after payment of my just debts legacies and funeral expences) I give and bequeath to my sons Benjamin Neal and Samuel Neal to be divided between them share and share alike   My will and desire further is that my son Benjamin Neal may succeed and occupy my bargain after my decease   And Lastly I do hereby Nominate constitute and appoint my said sons Benjamin Neal and Samuel Neal Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former will or wills by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Nineteenth day of July in the thirtieth year of the reign of our sovereign Lord George the Third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the faith and so forth and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Ninety – The mark of John Neal (LS) Signed sealed published and declared by the above named John Neal as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us – George Knight – The mark of William Course R Brittain
