This is the last Will and Testament of Robert Millagan late of  Hanslop in the County Bucks Esq  I give and devise all those ffive acres of Land lying in the Parish of Newton Longville in the said County be the same more or less to my Dear Wife Ann Millagan for her Life and at her death I give and devise to my two Sons Peter David Millagan and Major Robert Millagan their heirs and Assigns forever I give and devise the Lands and Tenements I lately purchased of John Rawlins lying in the Parish of Hanslope aforesaid and all my interest therein to my Wife Ann Millagan for her life and at her death I give and devise to my Daughter Ann Hart Millagan her heirs and Assigns forever  I give and bequeath the Interest and produce of all my personal Estate of what Nature sover to my Dear Wife Ann Millagan during her life and at her death I give all my Personal Estates to my said two Sons and Daughter share and share alike and I constitute my Wife Ann Millagan sole Executrix of this my Will and revoke all former Wills by me heretofore made and I ratify this writing to be my last Will  In Witness whereof I the said Robert Millagan have hereunto set my hand and seal this nineteenth day of November one thousand seven hundred and fifty seven  Robert Millagan Signed Sealed published and delivered by the Testator Robert Millagan as his last Will in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as Witnesses at his request in his presence and of each other  Edward Bloxham   Eliz Churchill   Benj Churchill
