This is the last Will and Testament of me Benjamin Lever of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Lace Merchant in manner following (that is to say)   First I give and devise unto my loving Wife Elizabeth All that my Messuage Cottage Tenement or dwelling house with the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging situate in Hanslop aforesaid and wherein I now dwell and inhabit   And also all that Messuage Tenement or Dwelling House situate in Hanslop aforesaid with the Hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging and adjoining to my aforesaid dwelling house and now in the tenure or occupation of John Munday his Assignee or Assigns And also all those my two Messuages Tenements or Dwelling houses with the Orchard hereditaments and appurtanences to the same belonging situate and being in Hanslop aforesaid and adjoining to or near a Green commonly called Stocking Green and now in the several occupations of myself Elizabeth Steirs and Thomas Marriott And also all other my Messuages Cottages or Tenements Lands and hereditaments with the Appurtenances either in possession or reversion within the kingdom of Great Britain To have and to hold all and every the said Messuage Lands Tenements and hereditaments with the Appurtenances to her my said Wife Elizabeth her heirs and Assigns for ever   Also all the rest residue and remainder of my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind and quality soever the same may be (after payment of my debts and funeral expences) I do give and bequeath the same unto my said loving Wife Elizabeth her Executors Administrators and Assigns to and for her and their own use and benefit absolutely   And I do hereby make constitute and appoint my said Wife Elizabeth sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made and I do declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament  In Witness whereof I the said Benjamin Lever the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this twenty eighth day of March in  the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and eighty seven Benjamin Lever – Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Benjamin Lever the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in our presence and attested and subscribed in his presence and in the presence of each other By us Chr.
