In the Name of God Amen I Luke Lane of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Yeoman being of sound mind and memory thanks be to God for the same to make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following Imprimis I give devise and bequeath to my loving wife Susanna Lane a close of pasture ground now in the tenure of Charles Pantor called post and lays a close of pasture ground now in the tenure of Richard Darby called chase close a close of pasture ground in the tenure of Charles Pantor late John Ellis a close of pasture ground called pininos pickle now in the tenure of Benjamin Stonton likewise one acre and half of Arable land situated in Balmy field in the tenure of John Gardner with a shop and stable in the tenure of J Gardner a small cottage or tenement situated in church end in the tenure of Ann Hickman all which are situated in the parish of Hanslop aforesaid during the term of her natural life after her decease to my daughter Fanny Hindes and her heirs for ever share and share alike but further my will and meaning is that my wife Susannah Lane do pay to my Grandaughter Sarah Hindes Twenty pounds when she shall arrive at the age of twenty one years if my wife shall survive so long if not my will and meaning is that the pickle mentioned that is late John Ellis now in the tenure of Charles Pantor shall be subject or obligated to the payment of the aforesaid twenty pounds to my Grandaughter Sarah Hindes   Item I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Fanny Hindes or her heirs two hundred pounds to be paid by my executrix any time after my decease not exceeding twelve months all the rest residue of my real and personal estate whither in money or securities for money goods or whatsoever or wheresoever also I give devise and bequeath to my wife Susannah Lane and do make my wife Susannah Lane my sole executrix to this my will And further all former will or wills I disannul and revoke and allow this only last will and testament of Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of January in the Year of our Lord 1770 Luke Lane Signed sealed attested by the testator and the same was attested in the presence of us Mary Panter  Sarah Panter  Joseph Hindes
