In the name of God Amen I William Kitelee of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Gentleman being of perfect and sound mind memory and understanding praised be to God for the same Do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) I Give and devise unto my Son Thomas Kitelee all and singular my Messuages Tenements Closes Allotments pieces parcels and plots of Land and all other my Real Estate whatsoever situate within the said Parish of Hanslop or elsewhere within the Kingdom of Great Britain To have and to hold the same and every part and parcel thereof with the hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging unto him my said Son Thomas Kitelee his heirs and Assigns forever to and for his and their own proper use and benefit   Subject nevertheless to and charged and chargeable with the Annuity yearly rent or sum of Twenty pounds herein after mentioned and devised to and for the benefit of my Dear Wife Elizabeth Kitelee and I do hereby Give Devise and bequeath unto my friend Thomas Kitelee of Castlethorpe in the said County of Bucks Gentleman his Executors and Administrators for and during the natural life of my said Dear Wife Elizabeth One Annuity or clear yearly rent or sum of Twenty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain free and clear of and from all Taxes and deductions whatsoever Parliamentary or others the said Annuity to be chargeable and charged on and issuing and payable out of all and singular my said real Estates so devised to my said Son Thomas and to be paid and payable by him my said Son Thomas his Heirs and Assigns by four even and equal quarterly payments (that is to say) the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary The Nativity of Saint John the Baptist Saint Michael the Archangel and the Birth of our Lord Christ in every year the first payment thereof to begin and be made on such of the feast Days as shall first happen after my decease Upon Trust and in Confidence nevertheless that he the said Thomas Kitelee of Castlethorpe his Executors and Administrators do and shall so soon as the said quarterly payments shall come to his hands pay apply and appropriate the same to and for the maintenance and benefit of my said Dear Wife during her natural life  And I do hereby charge and subject  all and singular my said real Estate to and with the payment of the said Annuity to my friend the said Thomas Kitelee of Castlethorpe to and for the use and benefit of my said Dear Wife accordingly and all and singular my farming Stock Crops of Corn Grain Hay Cattle monies securities for monies and all and every my personal Estate and Effects of what nature or kindsoever or wheresoever (after payment of all my Debts funeral expenses and all other charges and deductions to which the same may by Law be liable to the payment of  I Give and bequeath same and every part thereof unto my said Son Thomas Kitelee his Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever to and for his and their own use and benefit and lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Son Thomas Kitelee Sole Executor for this my Will and do hereby revoke all Wills made by me heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament  In Witness whereof I the said William Kitelee have to this my last Will and Testament contained in two sheets of paper to the first thereof  set my hand and to this second and last sheet my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and eighty nine William Kitelee  Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said William Kitelee the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other of us have hereunto set our names as Witnesses to the execution thereof  Hannah Brian servant to Mr Kitelee  James Nichols of Hanslop Labourer Stamp Garrard Stony  Stratford  

This is a Codicil to the last Will and Testament of me William Kitelee of Hanslopp in the County of Bucks Gentleman which I do make Order and Direct shall be taken and considered as part thereof (that is to say) I do hereby give and devise unto my Son Thomas Kitelee all and every the Messuages Cottages Closes Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate whosoever situate and standing lying and being in Hanslopp aforesaid which were lately given and devised to me in and by the last Will and Testament of my late Sister Mary Kitelee Deceased  To hold the same and every part thereof  with their and every of their Appurtenances  unto my said Son Thomas Kitelee his heirs and Assigns for ever and in all other respects whatsoever  I do hereby ratify and confirm my said last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said William Kitelee have to this Codicil to my said last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this third day February in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ninety six  William Kitelee Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said William Kitelee the Testator as and for a Codicil to his said last Will and Testament (to be taken and considered as part thereof) in the presence of  us who at his request and in his presence have attested the same in the presence of each other Hannah Brian   John Mills   George Coock Attorney at Law Newport  Pagnell
