I Thomas Kitelee of the Parish of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham Yeoman Do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following  that is to say I Give and Bequeath to my Son Thomas Kitelee whatever sum or sums of mine he may have in his hands at the time of my decease I Give and Bequeath to my Son William Kitelee my dwellinghouse in which I live and all my other Buildings Gardens premises Orchards and Closes of Land situate lying and being in Hanslope aforesaid and all my live Stock and all my Household Furniture and other effects whatsoever and wheresoever Subject to the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid by my Son William Kitelee aforesaid out of my said Houses and Lands and other Effects to him his heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever And I do hereby appoint my Friend Joseph Hutchings of Hanslope aforesaid and my Friends William Manning of Hanslope aforesaid joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament And I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this and no other to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this Fifteenth day of May in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty five Thos Kitelee (LS) Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the within named Testator Thomas Kitelee as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses Thos N Heygate - William GoodmanThomas Allen
