In the Name of God Amen I Mary Kitelee of Castlethorpe in the County of Bucks Spinster being weak in Body but of sound and disposing Mind Memory and understanding praised be God for the same Do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) ffirst I Give devise and bequeath unto my Brother William Kitelee All my Estate right to the share and Interest whatsoever of and in All that Messuage or Tenement all and every the several plotts pieces and parcels of Lands that lying and being in the parish of Hanslop in the said County of Bucks and now in the tenure or Occupation of my said Brother William Kitelee or any other person or persons to hold the same to the said William Kitelee his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever Subject nevertheless to and charged and chargeable with the payment of the Sum of One hundred pounds which I hereby Give and bequeath to William Battams Son of my late Niece Phoebe to be paid him when he shall attain his age of twenty one years Also I Give and Devise unto my two Nephews Thomas Kitelee and Joseph Kitelee of Castlethorpe aforesaid All that my Close of pasture called Ellis Hook Containing about three Acres And all and every my pieces parcels plotts and alottments of Land lying in the Meadows and Parish of Castlethorpe aforesaid and now in the Occupation of Thomas Nicholls To hold the same to my said Nephews Thomas Kitelee and Joseph Kitelee their heirs and Assigns for ever to take as Tenants in common and not as Joint Tenants I also Give and bequeath to my said Nephews Thomas Kitelee and Joseph Kitelee  and my Nephew Thomas Kitelee of Hanslop the Sum of one hundred pounds Upon Trust and Confidence Nevertheless that they the said Thomas Kitelee Joseph Kitelee and Thomas Kitelee of Hanslop and  the Survivors and Survivor of them and the Executors and Administrators of such Survivor do and shall pay and apply the Interest and proceeds thereof as the same shall arise and become due for and towards the Maintenance and Education of Elizabeth Kitelee Daughter of my Nephew John Kitelee until she shall attain her Age of twenty one years or be married which shall first happen And then upon further Trust to pay the said principal Sum of one hundred pounds to the said Elizabeth Kitelee to and for her own use and benefit I also Give and bequeath to the poor of the parish of Castlethorp the Sum of  ffive pounds to be distributed in such manner and proportions as my Executors hereinafter shall think proper Also I Give and bequeath to my said Brother William Kitelee an equal half part of all my household Goods Plate Linen China and other ffurniture and the other equal half part of my said household Goods Plate Linen China and other ffurniture I Give and bequeath to my Nephews the said Thomas Kitelee of Castlethorpe and Joseph Kitelee and my Nieces Ann Drayson Widow and Mary Kitelee of Castlethorpe aforesaid to be equally divided between them share and share alike Also I Give and bequeath unto my said Nieces the said Jane Drayson and Mary Kitelee and to the said Elizabeth Kitelee All my wearing Apparel and Gold Rings to be equally divided between them share and share alike And I do hereby Authorize and impower my said Executors hereinafter named to deduct and retain to themselves out of the remainder of my personal Estate the sum of Twenty pounds which I require my said Executors and the Survivors and Survivor of them and the Executors and Administrators of such Survivor from time to time to lay out and expend in retaining repairing and preserving the Gravestones in the Church yard of the parish of Castlethorpe erected to preserve the Memory of several of my ffamily there buried All and singular the rest residue and remainder of my ready Money Securities for Money and personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever after payment of my Just Debts ffuneral Expences probate of this my Will and other charges and Expences attending the Execution thereof I Give and bequeath the same unto my Nephews and Nieces the said Thomas Kitelee and Joseph Kitelee of Castlethorpe Jane Drayson an Mary Kitelee to be equally divided between them share and share alike And I do hereby Nominate Constitute and Appoint my said Nephews the said Thomas Kitelee and Joseph Kitelee of Castlethorpe and Thomas Kitelee of Hanslop Executors of this my last Will and Testament And I do hereby direct that my said Executors and the Survivors and Survivor of them and the  Executors and Administrators of such Survivor shall not nor shall any or either of them be Answerable or Accountable for any loss or misapplication of any of the said Trust premises so as the same do not happen by their Wilful default or Neglect And I do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills by me heretofore made hereby declaring this only to be my last Will and Testament in Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament (contained in two sheets of paper and affixed together at the top by a Seal similar to the Seal affixed to this last  thereof) to the first sheet thereof set my hand and to this second and
