In the Name of God Amen I Jane Kitelee the younger of Castle Thorpe in the County of Bucks Spinster do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say   First all that my Estate Right Titles Interest property benefit claim and demand whatsoever of into by from or in any wise appertaining and belonging unto an undivided third part of and in all that messuage or tenement several closes or pieces and parcels of Arable land Ley Meadow and pasture ground with the herediaments and appurtenances situate and being in Bullington End in the parish of Hanslope in the County of Bucks aforesaid and in the parish of Castle Thorpe aforesaid and now in the tenure or occupation of Henry Atterbury his Assignee or Assigns  I give devise and bequeath the same unto my loving Sister Mary Kitelee and to her Heirs and assigns for ever  Also I give and bequeath unto my loving brother William Kitelee his Executors Administrators or assigns the sum of three hundred pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to him or them within twelve months after my decease together with Interest for the same at and after the rate of  four pounds for one hundred pounds for a year  Also I give and bequeath unto my loving brother Joseph Kitelee his Executors Administrators or assigns the sum of three hundred pounds of like lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to him or them within twelve months after my decease together with Interest for the same at and after the rate of four pounds for one hundred pounds for a year Also I give and bequeath unto the poor people of the parish of Castle Thorpe aforesaid the sum of five pounds of like lawful money of Great Britain to be distributed and disposed of within twelve months after my decease to such of the said poor people of the parish of Castle Thorpe aforesaid and in such parts shares and proportions as my Executrix or her assigns shall think proper to distribute and dispose of the same all the rest residue and remainder of my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature sort or kind the same may happen to consist of at the time of my decease I give devise and bequeath the same unto my said Sister Mary Kitelee and to her Heirs Executors and Administrators for ever she or they thereout paying all the above mentioned premiums legacies all my just debts and funeral expences and I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Sister Mary Kitelee sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I the said Jane Kitelee the Testatrix have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy seven Jane Kitelee (LS) Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Jane Kitelee the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses thereto at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other John Truelove James Truelove Thos Grammer
