This is the last Will and Testament of me William Kingston of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham Labourer I appoint my son Thomas Kingston and my son in law George Tite (hereinafter called my Trustees) to be the executors and Trustees of this my Will I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Trustees Upon trust that my Trustees shall sell call in and convert into money the same or such part thereof as shall not consist of money and shall out of the proceeds of such sale and conversion in the first place pay my debts funeral and testamentary expenses And then shall stand possessed of the residue Upon trust to divide the same between all my children in equal shares and proportions I hereby revoke all former Wills In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this thirtieth day of March One thousand eight hundred and fifty three

This is a Codicil to the last Will and Testament of me William Kingston now residing at Kingsthorpe in the County of Northampton which Will bears date the thirteenth day of March last Whereas my son William Benjamin Kingston of Hanslope has already had the sum of Sixty pounds from me now is my Will that the said William Benjamin Kingston shall not participate in the division of the residue of the proceeds of the sale and conversion of my real and personal estate my Will being that my Trustees shall stand possessed thereof Upon trust to divide the same between all my other children except the said William Benjamin Kingston And in all other respects I confirm my said Will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this tenth day of October One thousand eight hundred and eighty three

The Testator William Kingston was formerly of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham but late of Kingsthorpe in the County of Northampton Labourer and died on the 20 th day of November 1884 at Kingsthorpe aforesaid
