In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Kingston of Hanslope in the county of Bucks Labourer being weak in body but of sound mind and memory blessed be God Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following   In the first place I will that all my just debts and funeral expences be paid and satisfied and after that I give devise and bequeath unto my loving Wife Elizabeth Kingston all those two houses and Pickle standing and being on Stocking Green in Hanslope aforesaid now in the occupation of Thomas Eaves and Sarah Carter Widow the Pickle in my own occupation during my said Wife Elizabeth Kingston life and after her decease I give devise and bequeath the aforesaid Estate to my three Daughters and their Heirs forever to be equally divided which are Elizabeth Webb Wife of William Webb of Paulusperry in the County of Northampton Labourer Ann Morton Wife of William Morton of Paulusperry aforesaid Labourer Dina ffrost Wife of George Frost Glover of Hanslope aforesaid   I also give devise and bequeath to my Wife Elizabeth Kingston during her life that house I now live in and after her decease to my son Joseph Kingston Shoemaker in St Martins Lane London and his heirs for ever   I Also give and devise and bequeath unto my son Joseph Kingston after my Decease two Houses joyning to that I live in near Church End in Hanslop aforesaid and to his heirs forever now in the occupation of William Caves and Robert Roberts   I give devise and bequeath unto my Wife Elizabeth Kingston all my goods chattels of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever lying and being with all my ready money securities for money   I also nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife Elizabeth Kingston sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other Will and Wills heretofore made by me and allow this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Twenty fifth day of March in  the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty nine – Thomas Kingston his mark – Signed sealed and delivered by the Testator in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as Witnesses in the presence of each other – Joseph Smith William Mills – The mark of Thomas Panter

Item I give and bequeath my house in Waters end and premises in the parish of Hanslop I give to my Daughter Elizabeth Webb Wife to William Webb and to my Daughter Ann Morton Wife of William Morton and to my Daughter Dinah Frost Wife of George ffrost for ever at my death to be equally divided Witness my hand February the 20 1775 – Thomas Kingston – John Panter – Thomas Panter – George Frost
