This is the last Will and Testament of me John Johnson of Hanslop in ye County of Bucks Shepherd  which I make and ordain in manner and form ffollowing   First I give and devise unto my dear and Loving wife Mary and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life all that my Cottage or Tenement Close or Pightle of Pasture Ground arrable Land all and Singular other my real Estate at Hanslop aforesaid she keeping down ye interest of the money for which the same Premisses are Mortgaged and   from and after her decease Subject and Chargeable with the sd mortgage I give and devise the same Cottage Close Lands and Premises unto my Kinswoman Ellen Lack and her heirs forever also   I give and bequeath unto sd my dear and loving wife Mary all my Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and I do hereby make and ordain my said wife sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and so revoking all former and other Wills by me heretofore made I declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said John Johnson ye Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this Twenty second day of October in the Year of our Lord 1753 the mark of the sd John Johnson Signed Sealed published and declared ye said John Johnson the Testator for and as his last Will and Testament in ye presence of us and attested by us in his presence in ye presence of each other Jn Hurst   Peb: Voyce   Elizabeth Revis
