In the Name of God Amen I Samuel Jennings of the Parish of Hanslap in the County of Bucks this 23rd day of September in the Twentieth Year of the Reign of King George the Second Do make and declare this my last Will and Testament Revoking all other and former Wills in manner and form following.   First I commit my soul into the hands of Almighty God and my body to be buried at the Discretion of my Executors hereafter named but it is my desire to be buried in an handsome manner and for my real and personal Estate or money and effects I give and dispose thereof in manner and form following   (First that is to say) I give and bequeath unto my only Daughter Elizabeth Jennings the sum of ten pounds of good and lawful money of England and after my debts and burial charges are paid my will is that my said real household and Personal Effects are to be Divided by the agreement of the two said Executors   And Lastly I do nominate and appoint my wife Catherine Jennings to be one of my sole Executors and my only son Samuel Jennings to be the other of my sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and Year above written 1747 Samuel Jennings Signed Sealed and Declared in the presence of us Witness Samuel Godfrey   Edward Gregory
