This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Holloway of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham Victualler   First I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences shall be fully paid and satisfied by my Executor hereinafter named I Give and Devise All my real Estate situate lying and being at Hanslope aforesaid or elsewhere to my Son in Law John Brown of Castlethorpe in the County of Buckingham Victualler his heirs and assigns for ever   And as to my Household Furniture Stock in Trade and all other my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever I Give and bequeath the same unto my Wife Mary Holloway to and for her own use and benefit absolutely she paying thereout my just debts and funeral expences And I hereby constitute and appoint the said John Brown sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Holloway the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty two - Thomas Holloway LS Signed Sealed published and Declared by the said Thomas Holloway the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses – Edmund Reeve – Clerk to Mr E A Worley – Joseph Hutchings of Hanslope Malster – David Garrett of Hanslope Shoemaker
