In the Name of God Amen I John Holloway of the Parish of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham Publican do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I give and bequeath to my brother Thomas Holloway of the Parish of Castlethorpe in the said County of Buckingham All my freehold Messuages Tenements Gardens and other premises situate at Hanslope aforesaid to him his heirs executors and assigns subject nevertheless to the following Legacies Bequests and limitations   I give and bequeath to my beloved Wife Phebe Holloway six shillings per week to be paid to her weekly by my said brother Thomas Holloway out of my said premises at Hanslope aforesaid during the term of her natural life   I also give and bequeath to my aforesaid Wife Phebe Holloway the House and other premises belonging to me and which are now occupied by Rebecca Gregory at Hanslope aforesaid for and during the term of her natural life and after the decease of my said Wife I give and  bequeath the said dwelling house and other premises to my said brother Thomas Holloway as aforesaid to him his heirs and assigns I also give and bequeath to my said Wife Phebe Holloway whatever part of my household furniture she may think necessary to take for the purpose of furnishing the said house  I give and bequeath to my Nephew George Wilbee of the Parish of Stoke Goldington in the said County of Buckingham the sum of Fifty pounds to be paid to him by my said brother Thomas Holloway out of my premises at Hanslope aforesaid   I give and bequeath to my Nephew Thomas Edmond of the parish of Stoke Goldington aforesaid the sum of fifty pounds to be paid to him by my said Brother Thomas Holloway out of my said premises at Hanslope aforesaid  I give and bequeath to my niece Catharine Brown of the Parish of Castlethorpe aforesaid the sum of fifty pounds to be paid to her by my said brother Thomas Holloway out of my said premises at Hanslope aforesaid   I give and bequeath to Mary Wright and Sarah Wright Wife and daughter of William Wright of the Parish of Newport Pagnell Nephew of my former Wife Ann Holloway the sum of five pounds to be paid to them by my said Brother Thomas Holloway out of my said premises at Hanslope aforesaid   All my monies Debts owing to me and other effects whatsoever and wheresoever except as aforesaid  I give and bequeath to my aforesaid Brother Thomas Holloway   And I do hereby appoint my said Brother Thomas Holloway and my friend James Bishop of Hanslope aforesaid Maltster joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament And I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and I do declare this and no other to be my last Will and Testament  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty five – John Holloway (LS) Signed sealed declared and published by the within named Testator John Holloway as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto affixed our names as Witnesses – W SingletonChas BishopJames Manning
