The last Will and Testament of me William Hillyar of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Farmer and Grazier which I make and ordain in manner and form following that is to say   First my Will and Desire in that all my just debts which I shall owe at the time of my decease and my funeral Expences shall be paid and satisfied by my Executrix herein after Named   Next I give and bequeath unto my loving Wife Mary All my Money Securities for Money Stock of Cattle Corn Grain and Implements of Husbandry  And all my Household Goods and other Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kindsoever the same be To hold unto my said Wife Mary her Executors Administrators and Assigns for Ever   And I do hereby nominate constitute and Appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made  I publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament  In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the Tenth day of December in the Twenty second year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second by the Grace of God of Great Britain ffrance and Ireland King Defender of the faith and in the year of our Lord One thousand seven Hundred and forty Eight William Hillyer Signed sealed published and declared by the said William Hillyer as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request have subscribed our names as Witnesses hereto in the presence of each other In. Proved 7th October 1765 Adeon of the Goods of William Hillyer late of Hanslop deceased according to his last Will and Testament was granted to William Hillyer Nephew of the said deceased Mary Hillyer the late Wife and Executrix named in the last Will and Testament of the said deceased dying before the Testator
