In the Name of God Amen I Katherine Hillyer of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Widow Being weak in body of Sound and perfect memory praised be Almighty God for the Same Do make and Ordaine this my Last Will an Testament in manner and form following   First I recommend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God my Creator hopeing through the Meritorious Death and Passion of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer to receive free pardon for all my Sins and as for my body I Commit the same to the Earth from whence it came to be Decently buryed at the Expence of my son William Hillyer to whom I have bequeathed the sum of Five pounds for that use and as for that worldly Estate in which it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I dispose thereof as followeth   I Give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Hyller all and every that house that is now mine standing and being in Stoney Stratford west side and to his heires with all the Rights and privileges thereunto belonging and   I Give and bequeath unto my four sons John Hillyer Richard Hillyer Edward Hillyer and William Hillyer the sum of five pounds of good and Lawful money of Great Brittain to Each and every one of my sons above mentioned I Give and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Katherine Jennings all my wareing apparell and I also give and bequeath unto my Daughter Katherine Jennings all and every my Linnen and Woolen Cloath and Cloaths whatsoever at her own Disposeing I also give and bequeath unto my Daughter Katherine Jennings my Bloodstone at my Decease And I Give and bequeath unto my Eight Grand Children hereinmentioned John Hillyer Kitty Hillyer Ann Hylliar Elizabeth Hillyer Thomas Hillyer William Hillyer Samuel Hillyer and Samuel Jennings these being now my Eight Grand Children as above mentioned the Sum of one and Twenty Shillings to Each and every of them Note all and every these my Legacies herein by me bequeathed and given shall be paid and fully Satisfyed by my Executor hereafter mentioned and I Do hereby make and ordaine my well beloved Son Thomas Hillyer to be my Executor of this my Last Will and Testament Revokeing all former Will or Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand and Seal this Ninth Day of July in the fifteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King Defender of the faith and in the year of our Lord God 1741 The mark of Katherine Hillyer Signed Sealed Published and Declared to be the Last Will and Testament of the said Katherine Hillyer in the presence of John Walker   William Jennings   Thomas Amos
