In the name of God Amen I Edman Harris of Hanslope in the County of Bucks being  weake in body but of sound and perfect memory Praised be of Almighty God for itt: Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following   First I Recommend my Soule into the hands of Allmighty God my Creator hopeing through the merrits death and Passion of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer to receive free pardon for all my sins and as for my bodey I comitt the same to the Earth from whence it came to be Decently buried at the discretion of my Executors hereafter mentioned and as for that wordly Estate in which it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I dispose thereof as followeth Imprimis Item I Give and bequeath unto my well beloved daughter Hanah Harris all that House or messuage with all the Appurtenances thereunto belonging formerly going by the name of Johnsons house and now in the occupation of James Gibs standing and being in long street in the Parish of Hanslope aforesaid butting and bounding to a house of Thomas fookses now in tenor of Richard Martin  Provided that after my decease my aforesaid Daughter Hanah doth pay or cause to be paid unto my well beloved Daughter Susanah Harris the sum of five pounds of good and Lawful money of England at the end of one year after my Decease   And also I give and bequeath unto my well beloved Daughters Hanah Harris and Susanah Harris all my Cropps of Graine be them what they will as they shall be found in the several fields of Hanslope aforesaid as also all my hay wood or straw horses Cows or whatsoever else shall be found to be mine at my decease to be equally divided betweene my two Daughters Hanah and Susannah as above mentioned I Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Susanah that Joynd bedstid with that feather bed now upon it with curtains bolsters pillows sheets rugs blankits and whatever else belongeth to the aforesaid bed now in the Kitchin Chamber at her owne disposing and I Give unto my Daughter Hanah Harris that Joynd bedsted with feather bed upon it with all the pillows and bolsters curtains Rugs blankits sheets and whatsoever Else belongeth unto the aforesaid bed now being in the Long house Chamber at her owne disposeing and as for the Rest part of my Linnen I Give and bequeath of to my four Daughters Marey Harris Eliz Harris Susanah Harris and Hanah Harris to be equally divided between them as they all Shall agree to my other Goods   as Brass Pewter tables Chairs Stools and all other Goods that shall be found to be mine I Give and bequeath unto my two Daughters Hanah Harris and Susannah Harris to Equally divide between them as they shall agree except a Joynd bedstid with a feather bed upon it with bolsters pillows Rugs blankits and Curtains thereunto belonging at her owne Disposeing I also Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Hanah Harris all the Goods in the Long Room Chamber where the aforesaid bed stands and I also Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Susanah Harris all the Goods in the Kitchin Chamber where the aforesaid bed now stands  And I do hereby make and ordaine my two Daughters Hanah Harris and Susannah Harris to be my Executrix of this my last Will and Testament Revoking all former Wills by me made In Witness heareof I have Sett my hand and Seale this thirteyth day of November in the yeare of our Lord (1733) The mark of Edman Harris
