In the Name of God Amen I Lawrence Harraway Senior of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Yeoman being weak in body but of sound and perfect memory praised be Almighty God for the same Do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following   First I recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my creator hoping through Meritorious death and passion of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer to receive free pardon for all my sins and as for my body I commit the Same to the Earth from whence it came to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor hereafter mentioned and as for that Worldly Estate in which it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I dispose thereof followeth   Imprimis Item I give and bequeath unto my son Lawrence Harraway the Sum of Twenty Pounds and I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Harraway that bed and bedstead with all the bedding and curtains thereunto belonging that is now in the Parlour I also give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Harraway the Sum of Five Pounds and I give and bequeath unto my daughter Susannah Harraway the Sum of Ten Pounds and that bed and bedstead with all the bedding and curtains thereunto belonging that is now in the room over the fire house and I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Harraway the Sum of Seven Pounds with two pewter dishes of the Middlesort and I give and bequeath unto my daughter Jane Harraway the Sum of Seven Pounds with two pewter dishes of the Middlesort and I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Nasby the Sum of One Shilling and no more and I do hereby make and ordain my son John Harraway to be my Executor of this my Last Will and Testament revoking all former Will or Wills by me Made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty eighth day of November in the thirteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain ffrance and Ireland King Defender of the faith Anno Domini (1739) Lawrence Harraway Signed Sealed published and Declared to be the Last Will and Testament of the said Lawrence Harraway in the presence of  The Mark of Thomas Robinson, Elizabeth Stimson, William Jennings
