In the Name of God Amen I John Harraway of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Husbandman being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding  praised be God for the same do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)   First and Principally I Commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it hoping to be saved through the merits of Jesus Christ my body I Commit to the earth to be decently Interred at the discretion of my Executrix herein after named and as for such worldly Estate and effects as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give and dispose thereof as follows   First I will that all such debts as I shall justly owe at the time of my decease and my funeral Charges be in the first place paid and Satisfyed by my Executrix herein after named   Item I give and bequeath unto Mary my Loving wife all and Singular my household goods Chattels Cattle Stock and all other my Effects of what nature or kind soever the same are or wheresoever the same are or maybe found (save and Except my Wearing Apparell) which I give and bequeath unto my two Brothers Lawrence Harraway and Thomas Harraway to be equally divided between them share and share alike   Item I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Lawrence Harraway son of my Brother Lawrence Harraway aforesaid the sum of two pounds ten shillings to be paid by my Executrix herein after named   And Lastly all the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattels Cattle real and personall Estate whatsoever and wheresoever not herein before mentioned after payment of my just debts Legacies and funeral Expences I give devise and bequeath unto my said Loving wife her heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns I do hereby Nominate Constitute and appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and Disannulling all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this only to be last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal ye fifth day of March in ye twentieth Sixth year of ye reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second by ye Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King defender of ye faith and so forth and in ye year of our Lord One thousand seven Hundred ffifty and three John Harraway Signed Sealed published and declared by ye said John Harraway ye Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in ye presence of us who have subscribed our names as Witnesses at his request and in his presence and in ye presence of each other by us  Thomas Billing  The mark of Ann Shaw
