This is the Last Will and Testament of me Richard GREGORY of Hanslope in the county of Buckingham Victualler  I appoint my son Edwin GREGORY of Bethnal Green in the County of Middleses Harness Maker and James CRICK of Hanslope aforesaid Farmer Executors of this my Will and I give to each of them Five pounds as an acknowledgment for their trouble  I bequeath to my Brother Joseph GREGORY a legacy of Ten pounds.  I devise all estates vested in me as Trustee or Mortgagee unto the said Edwin GREGORY and James CRICK their heirs and assigns upon and subject to the trusts and equities affecting the same respectively  I devise all other the real Estate to which I shall be entitled at my decease and bequeath all my personal estate unto and to the use of the said Edwin GREGORY and James CRICK their heirs executors administrators and assigns Upon trust to convert into money my said personal estate and to sell my said Real Estate either together or in parcels by public auction or privately at such time and subject to such conditions as they shall deem expedient With power to buy in and resell without liability for any consequential loss And to execute all necessary assurances for effecuating any sale And to give receipts for the purchase monies which shall effectually discharge every purchaser from seeing to the application of such monies And I direct that my Trustees shall stand possessed of the monies to arise from my real and personal estate after payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the legacies hereby bequeathed In trust for all my children in equal sharesh  Nevertheless I declare and direct that the following monies already paid by me namely Fifty pounds to my daughter Anne BRANSON. Eighty pounds to my daughter Emma CROSS and fifty pounds to my daughter Mary RICHARDSON and any other advances which I may hereafter make to them or to any other of my children shall  (unless I shall otherwise expressly direct in writing) be taken in full or in part (as the case may be) of their shares respectively  I declare that no Trustee of my Will shall be answerable or accountable for the act or receipts of his Co-Trustee nor for any loss happening without his own willful neglect or default and that each Trustee shall be at liberty to retain and allow all expences incident to the execution of the trusts of my Will I hereby revoke all former Wills  In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this First day of May One thousand eight hundred and sixty eight ---------- RICHARD GREGORY ----------

Proved at Oxford the second day of September 1871 by the Oaths of Edwin GREGORY the son and James CRICK the Executors to who Administration was granted.

The testator RICHARD GREGORY was late of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham, Victualler and died on the ninth day of August 1871 at Hanslope aforesaid.
