This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph Gregory of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham Grocer I give and devise unto Mary West my Housekeeper All my messuages tenements lands hereditaments and real estate whatsoever and To hold the same subject to all legal and equitable charges lieu and incumbrances affecting the whole or any part thereof unto her the said Mary West her heirs and assigns for ever I also Give and bequeath unto the said Mary West All my Stock in trade household furniture ready money book debts securities for money personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever To hold the same subject to the payment of my legal debts funeral and testamentary expenses unto her the said Mary West her executors administrators and assigns And I appoint the said Mary West Sole Executrix of this my Will and hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made do declare this only to be my true last Will and Testament In Witness whereof  I the said Testator Joseph Gregory have hereunto set my hand this twelfth day of November One thousand eight hundred and fifty three – Joseph Gregory – Signed Published and  Declared by the said Joseph Gregory the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in our presence who have at his  request in his presence and in the presence of each other hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto - William Cooper – James Arrowsmith – Solicitor Newport Pagnell Bucks
