In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Farey of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Yeoman being but in an indifferent state of Bodily Health but of a perfect sound and disposing mind memory and understanding (praised be God for the same) and considering the frailty of human nature the certainty of Death and the uncertainty of the time thereof do therefore make and declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)   First all those my two Messuages Cottages Tenements or Dwelling Houses with the Barns Stables Yards Orchards Gardens Backsides Pightles Outbuildings and Appurtenances thereunto belonging situate standing and being in Pindon End in the parish of Hanslop aforesaid and now or late in the several Tenures or Occupations of William Hillyer and John Frost or one of them their or one of their Assignee or Assigns I give and devise unto my loving Wife Susannah and her Assigns for and during the time of her natural Life she and they keeping the same Premises in as good plight and condition as they may happen to be in at the time of my Decease   And from and immediately after her Decease Then I give and devise the said Messuage Cottage Tenement or Dwelling House with the Appurtenances to the same belonging now in the Tenure or Occupation of the said William Hillyer or his Assigns unto my Nephew Benjamin Blunt to the sole only and absolute behoof of my said Nephew Benjamin Blunt and of his Heirs and Assigns for ever   And then Also I give and devise the said other and remaining Messuage Cottage Tenement or Dwelling House with the Appurtenances to the same belonging and  now in the Tenure or Occupation of the said John Frost or his Assigns unto my Nephew David Blunt his Heirs and Assigns to the sole only and absolute proper use and behoof of my said Nephew David Blunt and of his Heirs and Assigns for ever   And my Will and meaning is that in case my said Wife shall happen to depart this life before my said two Nephews Benjamin Blunt and David Blunt shall have attained their respective Age and Ages of twenty one Years Then and immediately after the decease of my said Wife I do hereby Will order direct and impower my two Friends William Ansfield of Hanslop aforesaid Grocer  and William Barratt of Hanslop aforesaid Yeoman and the Survivor of them and the Executors and Administrators of such Survivor to receive and take the Rents Issues and Profits of my said two Messuages Cottages Tenements or Dwelling Houses with their Appurtenances and the same pay apply and dispose of in manner following (that is to say) As to the Rents Issues and Profits of the said Messuage Cottage Tenement or Dwelling House and premises now in the Occupation of the said William Hillyer or his Assigns Upon Trust to pay apply dispose of for and towards the Maintenance Education and bringing up of my said Nephew Benjamin Blunt until he shall attain his said Age of Twenty one years and no longer and when and so soon as he shall have attained that Age Then upon Trust to pay and deliver all such Moneys (which they shall not have expended in manner aforesaid) unto my said Nephew Benjamin Blunt to and for his own sole Use and Benefit   And as to the Rents Issues and Profits of the said Messuage Cottage Tenement or Dwelling House and Premises with the Appurtenances now in the Tenure or Occupation of the said John Frost or his Assigns  Upon Trust to pay apply and dispose of for and towards the Maintenance Education and bringing up of my said Nephew David Blunt till he shall attain his said Age of twenty one years and no longer And when and as soon as he shall have attained that Age Then upon Trust to pay and deliver all such Moneys (which they shall not have expended in manner aforesaid) unto my said Nephew David Blunt to and for his own sole use and Benefit   Also I give and bequeath my Thickset Coat and Waistcoat to John West the Younger of Newport Pagnell in the said County of Bucks Gardener which I desire may be delivered up to him immediately after my decease   Also I give and bequeath unto my said two Trustees and Friends William Ansfield and William Barratt the sum of one Guinea a piece as part of a Gratuity for the trouble they must be at in executing the power before by me in this my Will given unto them which I do hereby order and direct they shall reserve to themselves out of my personal Estate   Also all and singular my Goods Household Goods Beds Bedding Linnen Wooling Brass Pewter Plate and all Stock Cattle Implements of Husbandry and all and singular other my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature sort or kind soever I give and bequeath unto my said two Friends William Ansfield and William Barratt and the Survivor of them and the Executors and Administrators of such Survivor Upon this special Trust that they my said Trustees and the Survivor of them and the Executors and Administrators of such Survivor do and shall as soon after my Decease as conveniently may be by Sale of all my Personal Estate (Except the said Coat and Waistcoat herein before by me disposed of) levy and raise the sum of fforty five Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain and the same when raised to pay unto Mary Sabin in discharge of the principal sum of Forty five pounds which is now due to her upon a Mortgage of my said Two Messuages Cottages Tenements or Dwelling Houses and premises before mentioned with their Appurtenances and all Interest that shall be due for the same   And also all and singular my just Debts my aforesaid pecuniary Legacies and the Charges of proving this my Will and I do hereby Charge my said personal Estate with the payment thereof accordingly an from and immediately after the payment thereof Then upon Trust to pay the rest residue and remainder of the Moneys that shall arise from the Sale of my said personal Estate unto my said loving Wife Susannah her Executors Administrators and Assigns to and for her and their sole use and benefit And my Will and Meaning is and I do hereby Order and direct that my Trustees and the Survivor of them shall by and out of the Moneys which shall come to their or either of their Hands by virtue of this my Will and the Trusts hereby in them reposed be satisfied contented and paid for their and each of their Costs Charges Damages and Expences which they or either of them shall expend lay out or be put unto in or about the Execution hereby in them reposed or by reason or means of any matter or thing whatsoever any ways relating thereto or concerning this my Will And that they my said Trustees nor the Survivor of them his Executors Administrators or Assigns shall not be Charged or Chargeable with or Answerable or Accountable the one for the other or for the Act Deed Default or Miscarriage the one of the other on any Account whatsoever  And Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said two Friends William Ansfield and William Barratt joint Executors in Trust of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making Void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made And I do declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Farey the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this twenty third day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred  and
